West Coast Health Alliance, a purpose-built veteran healthcare clinic in Joondalup, was preparing to launch a first-of-its-kind program in Western Australia.
As a new provider, they needed to quickly establish a strong digital presence that reflected the modern, integrated, and community-focused nature of their care model.
With no existing website or digital infrastructure, they needed to:

Website Design & Development
We built a modern, easy-to-navigate landing page that reflected the clinic’s unique mission—highlighting their veteran-first, multidisciplinary model. The design was clean, intentional, and aligned with the welcoming, inclusive care they provide.
Meta Ads Lead Generation Strategy
We developed a custom CRM and integrated it directly with Facebook and Instagram. This allowed leads to be automatically captured, stored, and followed up on creating a seamless lead-to-patient pipeline for their flagship EVAC Program.
Brand Awareness Campaigns
Strategic awareness ads introduced the clinic and the EVAC program to Joondalup and surrounding communities. These campaigns focused on storytelling, trust-building, and creating emotional relevance for their target audience.
